What is RaffleKing? Your Guide to Provably Fair Raffles

Everyone knows how a raffle works: you buy a ticket, enter the draw, and if luck is on your side, you win something worth having. The setup is simple, and whether you’re running a raffle to raise funds for a cause or entering a draw for the chance to win a life-changing prize, it’s a game with low effort with high upside. This simplicity however can be a double-edged sword. When users can’t see how winners are chosen, or whether a prize even existed, it’s easy for trust to break down.

RaffleKing was created to restore that trust.

With on-chain infrastructure and provably fair draws, we’ve built a platform that keeps the best parts of high-value raffles – the accessibility, the anticipation, the prize – and removed the guesswork.

Every RaffleKing draw has:

Transparent, on-chain entry tracking

What makes RaffleKing different?

Provable fairness is at the heart of everything we’re building at RaffleKing. When you enter any raffle – whether it’s a major draw with 1 BTC on the line or a quick 1 SOL flash raffle – your entry is recorded directly on-chain as an ERC-20 token. Transparency is built in from the start, and you can verify the odds yourself at any time.

When a raffle ends, the winning ticket isn’t selected by our team or a centralised system. It’s selected through an oracle, specifically Chainlink VRF. This is a cryptographic system that generates a random number on request, but with one critical difference: it also produces proof. That proof is written to the blockchain, along with the random seed used, so anyone can independently verify that the result was fair and untampered.

What this means in practice is that no one can rig and influence the outcome – not RaffleKing, not the developers, and not the community.

The winning ticket is then matched against all valid entries, and the prize is issued instantly.

There are two caveats here:

All Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) prizes land instantly and are automatically distributed by the smart contract. This includes USDC, USDT and ETH. If you signed up through email, the prize lands in your Reown account. You can read more on that here.
Bitcoin, Solana and other non-EVM wins are paid out instantly by the RaffleKing team. Please ensure you have added the relevant wallet addresses under Settings. For physical prizes, our team will reach out to coordinate delivery, or offer the cash equivalent where relevant.

How to enter: step-by-step

1. Create an account

To enter a raffle, you’ll first need a RaffleKing account. You can sign up using your email, or by connecting your wallet directly. Either method gives you full access to the platform.

2. Deposit and get your tickets

Once verified, head to Deposit and fund your account in either BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC. Purchase any amount of Classic Tickets under Buy Tickets, and view what promotions are currently live. There's always something up for grabs.

3. Browse and enter

Head to Raffles to explore what's live, multiple draws go live every single day. To enter, you first need to answer a simple trivia question. Keep your eye on the countdown - when the draw concludes, Chainlink VRF selects the winner and posts the proof on-chain.

4. Direct, quick payouts

If you win an EVM digital asset, such as Ethereum, USDT or USDC, the prize is instantly and automatically distributed to your RaffleKing-linked EVM wallet. For alternative crypto prizes, like Bitcoin or blue-chip NFTs, the prize is sent by the RaffleKing team within minutes of the win. Please ensure your wallet addresses are up to date under Settings.

What you can win on RaffleKing

As a Web3 native platform, most of our prizes are digital assets, including USDC, Bitcoin, Solana, Ethereum, and blue-chip NFTs. Digital prizes solve real problems that have plagued traditional raffles for years, namely:

No need for personal data collection or third-party fulfilment
No risk of prizes being swapped, downgraded, or withheld

In the coming months, we’ll also introduce physical prizes, such as luxury watches and rare collectibles, but the same principle applies: all draws are on-chain, and all outcomes are verifiable. Where applicable, we’ll also offer the cash equivalent.
