Welcome to RaffleKing.io ("RaffleKing", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us").
RaffleKing is operated by a privately held entity based in Costa Rica (the "Operator"). The platform is offered globally, where permissible.
RaffleKing hosts digital prize competitions that combine elements of skill and randomization.
Each competition ("Raffle") requires participants to correctly answer a qualifying question or complete a skill-based task before gaining entry.
Winners are selected using provably fair blockchain mechanisms from among eligible participants who answered correctly.
By accessing or using RaffleKing.io, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Participation is intended solely for entertainment and recreational purposes.
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
2.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that participation in RaffleKing competitions is lawful in your location. The Operator makes no representation that the Platform complies with all local laws.
2.3 Access to the Platform is prohibited in any jurisdiction where skill-based prize competitions are restricted or unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participation in such competitions is permitted under the laws applicable to you before entering.
2.4 By participating, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that your participation and any funds used originate from lawful sources, and that you are not located in, or a resident of, any region subject to trade or participation restrictions.
3.1 Participation involves financial risk. While RaffleKing employs secure, transparent smart contracts, no system is infallible.
3.2 By using the Platform, you acknowledge that participation is at your own risk and accept the possibility of losing the cryptocurrency used to purchase Tickets.
3.3 You release and hold harmless the Operator, its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from your participation or use of the Platform.
Entry to the Platform requires connecting a supported EVM-compatible wallet.
This wallet is used for identification, deposits, and withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding the private keys and credentials of the external wallet you connect.
Upon account creation, RaffleKing also generates secure non-custodial wallets (ERC-20 compatible) within your profile for deposits, ticket storage, and prize handling.
These wallets are managed by the Platform but remain linked to your account for transparency and withdrawals.
5.1 To participate in a competition, Users must:

These details form part of each Raffle's individual rules and are incorporated into these Terms.
5.4 Tickets are deducted when an entry has been validated through a correct answer. Once entered, the corresponding number of Tickets is deducted from your balance. Entries are final and non-refundable, except in the case of technical errors or cancellations by the Operator.
6.1 Every Raffle includes a question or task designed to test knowledge, judgment, or estimation ability.
6.2 Only Users who submit a correct answer are entered into the randomized winner selection.
6.3 Only Users who submit a correct answer to the qualifying question may enter the Raffle. Tickets are deducted only when an answer is submitted correctly and the entry is validated. Incorrect answers do not result in entry or ticket deduction.
7.1 RaffleKing uses blockchain-based smart contracts with provably fair randomization to ensure transparency.
7.2 All results are publicly verifiable on-chain. RaffleKing may publish public verification links or proofs for each draw, enabling anyone to independently audit the outcome.
7.3 The Operator may delay or reschedule a draw for technical or operational reasons, with reasonable notice provided to Users.
8.1 Tickets are digital credits recorded in your RaffleKing wallet and used to enter competitions.
8.2 Tickets are non-refundable, and have no cash or redemption value outside the Platform.
8.3 Tickets cannot be resold or traded between Users. The Platform may provide a controlled "Gifting" feature that allows Users to voluntarily send standard Tickets (excluding Bonus Tickets and Free-Entry Tickets) to another User's RaffleKing account via their User ID and registered email address.
All gifts are final, non-reversible, and subject to the following conditions:
Any attempt to transfer Tickets outside the official Gifting feature (including via sale or off-platform arrangements) may result in forfeiture of Tickets and account suspension.
8.4 If your external or Platform wallet becomes inaccessible, you forfeit all associated Tickets and prizes.
8.5 The Platform may issue Free-Entry or Bonus Tickets that allow participation under specific conditions determined by the Operator:
The Platform may provide an internal option that allows Users to convert Bonus Tickets into standard Tickets (conversion rates apply) for use in eligible raffles. Bonus Tickets cannot be purchased, withdrawn, traded or exchanged outside this feature.
8.6 All Ticket types (including Bonus Tickets and Free-Entry Tickets) are subject to these Terms and may be updated, suspended, or withdrawn at the Operator's discretion.
9.1 Each competition lists its closing conditions, either by time limit or ticket pool completion. The Operator may extend, shorten, or cancel a competition for fairness, security, or technical reasons.
9.2 If a competition receives insufficient participation, the Operator may:
9.3 Refunds, if applicable, are calculated based on unused Tickets and will automatically be credited back to Users' ticket account balance and must be claimed within 30 days of the announcement. Unclaimed refunds are forfeited to the RaffleKing treasury for future competitions.
9.4 Promotional or Free-Entry raffles may have additional terms published on the Platform; in case of conflict, those terms prevail for that raffle.
9.5 Force Majeure & Chain Events: The Operator is not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control, including network congestion, chain forks/reorgs, oracle or VRF outages, smart-contract vulnerabilities, denial-of-service attacks, power or internet failures, or changes in law. The Operator may void, pause, or redo a draw affected by such events.
10.1 Prizes may consist of cryptocurrency or physical goods, as described for each competition.
10.2 Winners are notified via the Platform and/or official communication channels.
10.3 The method of prize delivery depends on the type of prize awarded. On-chain prizes that are compatible with the User's connected EVM wallet may be paid out automatically.
Other prizes (including on-chain prizes requiring manual claim and any physical prizes) must be claimed by the User through the Platform within 90 days of notification being issued.
Prizes that remain unclaimed after this period are deemed forfeited and may be reallocated, awarded in future competitions, or returned to the Platform treasury.
10.4 For physical prizes, winners must provide accurate delivery information and are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
10.5 Cryptocurrency values fluctuate; RaffleKing is not liable for changes in value between draw and payout.
10.6 Winners are responsible for any taxes, filings, or reports arising from prizes. Where the Operator is legally required to withhold or report, the prize may be reduced by required withholdings and/or reported to authorities.
10.7 By accepting a prize, the winner grants the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the winner's username/handle and country for announcement and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law or the winner opts out via support.
10.8 If a prize is issued due to error, exploit or malfunction, the Operator may void the award and recover the prize by reversing on-platform entries, offsetting against your ticket balance or required return.
11.1 All blockchain transactions (ticket purchases, deposits, withdrawals, prize claims, refunds) require network gas fees, which are paid by the User.
11.2 These fees are determined by blockchain network conditions and are outside RaffleKing's control.

Violation of these Terms may result in forfeiture of Tickets and prizes and permanent suspension from the Platform.
13.1 The Platform and its Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation.
13.3 The Operator's total liability to any User shall not exceed the total value of Tickets purchased by that User within the preceding 30 days.
All content, logos, code, and designs on RaffleKing.io are the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
You must not scrape, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or Smart Contracts, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
RaffleKing may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting on RaffleKing.io. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Operator may suspend or terminate access at any time for suspected breach, fraud, legal compliance or security reasons. Sections relating to risk, liability, intellectual property, dispute resolution and survival remain in effect after termination.
These Terms are provided in English; English controls in case of inconsistency with any translation.
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, solely in respect of the Operator's place of incorporation.
16.2 The legal seat of the arbitration shall be Costa Rica for corporate formalities.
Tickets are digital credits that allow entry into competitions. They do not represent currency, securities, or investments, and hold no monetary value outside the Platform.
Participation does not constitute investment activity or ownership in the Platform. No profits or returns are promised or implied.
Smart contracts and blockchain systems carry inherent risks, including technical bugs, transaction delays, and potential loss of funds. By participating, you accept these risks and waive any related claims against the Operator.
Cryptocurrency values fluctuate significantly. RaffleKing is not responsible for changes in value of Tickets, prizes, or cryptocurrencies used for purchases.
Skill-based prize competitions may be regulated differently across jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance. The Operator reserves the right to suspend participation from any region if legally required to do so.
The Platform is provided without any warranty of accuracy, performance, or fitness for purpose. The Operator is not liable for losses or damages arising from participation.
Use of the Platform is also subject to the RaffleKing.io Privacy Policy.
By using RaffleKing.io, you acknowledge that you understand the skill-based nature of the competitions, accept all associated risks, and agree to these Terms.
